Wedding Photography Questionnaire

We’re so happy that you’ve chosen us to photograph your special day.

We know this questionnaire may seem a bit lengthy, but we want to assure you that answering the questions will help us prepare for your big day and make sure we capture the best possible photographs that you will treasure forever.

Once we receive your questionnaire, we will go through it and we will talk about it during our meeting before your special day.

If there is a section that doesn't apply, feel free to skip over it.
